OG.com launches Rips, a seven-day buy-back pack app
OG.com launched OG.com Rips on October 29, 2026, adding a prediction market operator to the card-rip category. The product sells digital packs of Pokémon, NBA, MLB and NFL cards to American users aged 18 and over. Each pull is backed by a graded physical card. For you, the change is one more app with a short window to decide between selling back and shipping.
What OG.com Rips sells
CCN.com reported on October 30, 2026 that OG.com unveiled the feature on October 29. eGamers.io reported the same day that Rips is live on the web. It also runs in the OG.com app for iOS and Android.
Both outlets describe the same mechanic. You open a pack and the pull lands in an in-app Vault. Each card there carries a rarity grade and a buy-back offer.
The buy-back is the part that matters most. eGamers.io reported that you get seven days to act on the offer. It also reported that an untouched card counts as sold back to OG.com when the window ends. The Google Play listing, read on October 31, 2026, says the buy-back is paid at market price.
Pricing is the gap. The coverage reviewed on October 31, 2026 does not list a pack price. It also does not state the buy-back percentage. The Google Play listing offers a free first pack. A South African version of the same listing says the first five packs are free. Treat both as promotions, not terms.
How the window compares
MyCardRips tracks the storage window on the other operator-backed apps, and they differ by days.
Triumph gives you 7 days at 100% of its fair market value with no fee, per MyCardRips’ brand data. Underdog Rips sets 3 days under its Rips Terms version 1.3, effective September 29, 2026. PrizePicks Packs publishes conflicting figures of 24 hours and 3 days on different pages, as of the October 2026 capture.
On the window alone, OG.com Rips matches Triumph and is longer than the two sports betting apps. That is a point in its favor. A longer window gives you time to check a card’s market price before the automatic sale.
The auto-sale rule cuts the other way. A forgotten card sells without a click, at a rate OG.com has not published in the coverage reviewed. Underdog uses the same pattern, with the fair market value fixed at the moment of reveal.
What it changes for your next rip
It adds a seventh-day decision point and an unknown rate. Before you buy a pack, find the buy-back percentage inside the app. Without it, you cannot compare OG.com’s pack against a Triumph pack at the same price.
The category is also moving fast. PrizePicks Packs launched on October 14, 2026 and Underdog Rips in September 2026. OG.com arrives two weeks after PrizePicks. All three are prediction market or fantasy sports operators. All three sell graded cards to the same users.
MyCardRips does not yet track OG.com Rips and has not tested a pack. It has no measured buy-back figure, odds table or card list for the app. A review and a payout test come before any score appears. Until then, read the Triumph review and the Underdog Rips review for the benchmarks a new app has to meet.
Use the pack catalog to see what the tracked apps publish at each price. Use the app comparisons to set one against another.
What to check in the app
Four items decide whether a new rip app is worth your first deposit. Check the pack price and the stated odds. Then read the buy-back percentage and the length of the window. Last, find out what happens to a card you ignore.
OG.com Rips answers the last question and part of the window question. It leaves the rest to the app screens.
