Comparison

Same price, different app

These apps price their packs on almost the same ladder — $25, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1,000, $2,500 — which means the interesting question is never "is a $250 pack worth it" but "whose $250 pack". At 12 price points two or more of them compete directly, and their own published odds disagree sharply about what that money buys.

At the 12 price points where they compete head-to-head

3.0× the break-even chance

Triumph publishes a mean break-even chance of 49.2% across its 24 packs at those tiers. Fanatics Collect publishes 16.3% across its 12. Same money, both figures from the apps' own pack screens.

The number is how many price points are genuinely contested in that sport.

How to read this

Break-even chance is the app's own number

It is the published probability of pulling a card valued at or above the pack price, read straight off the odds table. It says nothing about whether you can actually sell at that value — that is the buy-back question, and it is a separate page.

A higher ceiling is not a better pack

Ceilings here run from 8× to 32× the price. A bigger number means a longer tail, not a better expectation — and the packs with the highest ceilings tend to have the lowest floors. Read the ceiling and the floor together.

Blank cells are honest blanks

A dash means that app does not sell at that price in that sport, or we have not captured its price. "No odds published" means the pack exists and the app publishes no probability for it — which is itself the finding.

Where these numbers come from

Every price, ceiling, floor and break-even figure is transcribed from a screenshot taken inside the app, and each pack page links the capture it came from. Break-even is computed from the published bands, not estimated. Nothing on this page is adjusted or modelled.
