The whole ladder, side by side
Break-even chance is the share of the published odds that lands at or above the pack price — the only figure that answers "how often do I not lose money?". It is derived from the app's own band percentages; every other column is the app's own number.
Across 26 packs spanning $25 to $5,000, the break-even chance barely moves: 50% on the Normal style for 13 of them, and 20% on High for 12. Paying more buys a bigger ceiling, not better odds — and choosing "High" cuts the break-even chance by roughly 2.5× in exchange for a fatter top band. The top band really is fatter on High, but the floor drops with it: assume every band pays its minimum and the return falls from 76.4–77.6% on Normal to 57–64.2% on High.
